Startup Climate Action
We want to generate new startups that are fighting climate change, and now it’s time to turn your vision into reality and unleash your potential.
Organizers
Sting and Norrsken, two leading startup ecosystems in Sweden, share the belief that innovation and technology combined with the power of entrepreneurship can create rapidly scalable businesses that can help solve some of the world’s biggest problems. That is why we have joined our forces to help bring more startups fighting climate change. Together we offer a unique opportunity to access both Sting’s extensive experience in coaching startups, many of which have become household names in Sweden and beyond, and Norrsken’s ability to pack a punch and make waves in the impact ecosystem. Together, our knowledge and network can turn your ideas into business.
Sting is the leading ecosystem for tech startups in the Nordics’ and the longest-established accelerator and incubator in Sweden providing tools to help founders quickly turn their startups into sustainable businesses.
The support Sting offers include top-rated coaching in business development, a venture capital fund, Sweden’s largest recruitment service focusing on startups, and an international network of investors, business contacts and experts.
Sting is a non-profit company, owned by a public-private foundation. Over the last 18 years, Sting has taken an active part in developing several key components of the startup ecosystem in Stockholm.

Norrsken believes entrepreneurs building rapidly scalable businesses are our best bet to solving the hardest and biggest problems, such as poverty, famine, environmental issues, mental health and integration. It is a non-religious, non- partisan, non-profit foundation, founded in 2016.
Norrsken supports entrepreneurs in two ways. The first is through a co-working space for 425 impact entrepreneurs in Stockholm. The second is through a VC fund backed by unicorn founders, which invests in companies with the potential to radically improve the world. In 2019, Norrsken announced the first step in its global expansion: Rwanda, where Norrsken is building the biggest hub for entrepreneurship in East Africa.
